Close the Loop achieves ISO 9001:2000 Certification |
HEBRON, KENTUCKY, December 2, 2009 – Close the Loop, Inc., a leading global recycler of imaging consumables, today announced that they have achieved the ISO 9001:2000 certification, which demonstrates an organization’s commitment to quality- of-service standards. The certification assures customers of Close the Loop’s adherence to documented processes and procedures that ensures continued and ongoing improvements in delivering customer support. The audit was conducted by BSI Management system, a leading global provider of standards, managements systems, business improvement, and regulatory approval information.
ISO 9001:2000 standard specifies Quality Management System (QMS) requirements focused on an organizations ability to meet and improve upon customer satisfaction and quality requirements. As part of the certification process, Close the Loop established its own QMS to ensure the worldwide customer support organization continued its long-standing commitment to customer satisfaction. By identifying areas for improvement, creating recommendations to resolve identified gaps, and executing against these recommendations, Close the Loop is ensuring that it has the processes necessary to consistently improve service quality on a regular basis.
